~ Liability Waiver ~ 207.730.1926

Every person 18 years or older must complete and sign an individual liability waiver on line. Group waivers are not accepted. For those under 18, the adult responsible for them at the time of the Rental or Activity must sign the waiver on their behalf. Their names do not need to be listed because by the language of the waiver the adult who signs the waiver is accepting responsibility for them.  Please go to the waver, read it , complete it, and sign it.
